TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying above, you agree to the following:

  • You must include at least one photo of your work to be considered. 
  • Only ONE vendor (direct sales) of each brand may be accepted. 
  • Deadline to provide payment is September 30, 2024. If you have not paid by this date, your space will be given to the next person on the waiting list. 
  • IMPORTANT: Once you have been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from operations@clawsontroyelks.org with specific payment instructions using our online merchant SkyTab (https://online.skytab.com/). Only provide payment as instructed in the email. You agree to provide payment through our online merchant, or in person at our lodge. Clawson-Troy Elks is not responsible for payments made via any other means.
  • Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Refunds will not be provided for no-show crafters/vendors.
  • In the event our show is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, all vendors will be contacted by email and phone and full refunds will be provided. 
  • The lodge reserves the right to choose your space within our banquet hall or social area, based on availability.
  • Outdoor space requests are at your own discretion. Vendors are required to supply their own canopy, table and chairs. A refund will be issued if we cannot accommodate the outdoor setup on that day. We are not able to accommodate a backup space indoors.
  • Electrical outlet access is limited and is not guaranteed. If you request this, we will confirm availability prior to requesting payment.
  • Set up time will be 9 AM-10 AM on Saturday, or 7 PM-9 PM on Friday evening (subject to the area you are placed within). Preferences for Friday setup will be taken into consideration, but not guaranteed.
  • Two chairs are provided per vendor space (indoor only). 
  • All booths must remain intact until the close of the show at 3pm. 
  • We require each vendor to donate one small item to our door prize table. Items may be combined with other vendors. (Please include a business card or label with your tax-deductible contribution.) 
  • I hereby waive all claims of liability against Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169, the Auxiliary and their representatives who are in any way connected with this event. I am fully aware of the provisions covered by the fee for this event, and that I am responsible for the safety and welfare of my items at all times during the event. I am fully aware that this is a charity fundraiser event to benefit the Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169 and, if I am chosen to participate, the rental/space fee will be nonrefundable, apart from the event being cancelled by Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169.

Additional Notes & Information

  • Food & refreshments will be available for purchase from 11 AM to 2 PM. 
  • We try to keep the number of crafters selling the same or similar items to a minimum.
  • Our intention is to have a variety of vendors and crafters for the best experience.
  • Space is restricted and will not accommodate any additional square footage than specified. Options are a 10'x10' outdoor space, a 6'x5' space accommodating a 6' table, or an 8'x5' space accommodating an 8' table. Please include special requests when applying. You may book 2 spaces if you require additional room (if space is available).
  • We will hold a door prize and 50/50 drawings. Tickets will be available for sale at the front door. 
  • Show advertising is extensive throughout the lodge network, member emails, social media, websites, etc. Members and Vendors are encouraged to share social media posts.
