Raffle Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Raffle participants must provide their name, address and phone number in order to enter the drawing.
Payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an Internal Revenue Tax Form stating the value of the prizes. Winner must take possession of the cash prize within sixty (60) days.
Confirmation of your ticket number will be given to you upon receipt of payment. Online payments will be verified and tickets will be mailed (postmarked) to the address provided within 3 business days.
Entries will be accepted until 7:00 PM on June 7, 2025. Prizes are non-transferable. Need not be present to win. Your ticket stub is your receipt. No refunds.
Payment for tickets will be accepted only by authorized ticket sellers representing Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169, in-club at 2549 Elliott Ave. Troy MI 48083, or online via our payment merchant Shift4 Payments via SkyTab online. Payment to any other individual or website is not accepted and/or valid. Upon receiving your request for tickets, we will send you payment information.
Ticket price is $100 each
*PRIZES AWARDED ARE BASED ON 4,000 TICKETS SOLD. IF THE DESIRED NUMBER OF TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD, PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED AS FOLLOWS:
1st place = 20%
2nd place = 15%
3rd place = 5%
60% of total collected will go to support Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169 for Roof Repairs/Replacement and any other additional building repairs that are needed.
The drawing will take place at 2549 Elliott Ave. Troy, MI 48083 at 8:00 PM on June 7, 2025. In the unlikely event that the drawing cannot be held on the date specified, all participants will be notified of the change in drawing date.
