Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older
• Each $50 ticket includes one spaghetti dinner and one door prize ticket
• Need not be present to win

Alternative Reverse Raffle Description

A maximum of 120 tickets will be sold at $50 each. Tickets will be randomly selected one at a time. Each selected ticket is eliminated from further participation. The last remaining ticket is the Grand Prize winner unless the Final Five option is exercised. Winners are responsible for any applicable state and federal taxes.

Random Selection Method

All drawings will be conducted publicly using a random drawing method that provides each eligible ticket an equal opportunity to be selected.

Final Five Option

When five (5) tickets remain, the holders of the remaining tickets may unanimously elect to end the drawing and divide the remaining Grand Prize equally. If unanimous agreement is not reached, the drawing will continue until one ticket remains, which will receive the Grand Prize. If all five final ticket holders are not present, the drawing will continue until only one ticket remains. The holder of the final remaining ticket will win the Grand prize.

*Prize Schedule Notice: If fewer than 120 tickets are sold, Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169 reserves the right to proportionally reduce all advertised prizes, including the Grand Prize. The final prize schedule will be announced and posted before the first ticket is drawn.

Use of Proceeds

Net proceeds will benefit the charitable purposes of Clawson-Troy Elks #2169, including the Lodge Building Fund.

Additional Information:

For In-club purchases, confirmation of your ticket number will be given to you upon receipt of payment. Online payments will be verified and tickets will be mailed (postmarked) to the address provided within 3 business days.

Online entries will be accepted until 7:00 PM on October 2, 2026. Prizes are non-transferable. Need not be present to win. Your ticket stub is your receipt. For online payments, your email confirmation is your receipt until you receive your ticket stub(s). No refunds.

Payment for tickets will be accepted only by authorized ticket sellers representing Clawson-Troy Elks Lodge #2169, in-club at 2549 Elliott Ave. Troy MI 48083, or online via our payment merchant Shift4 Payments via SkyTab Online. Payment to any other individual or website is not accepted and/or valid. Upon receiving your online request for tickets, we will send you payment instructions.

The drawing will take place at 2549 Elliott Ave. Troy, MI 48083 starting at 6:00 PM and will end by 11:00 PM on October 3, 2026. In the unlikely event that the drawing cannot be held on the date specified, all participants will be notified of the change in drawing date.
